The tower stands majestically in a large area southwest of the "Nakanohashi" intersection, surrounded by Shimmeizaka hill. City Tower Azabu-Juban features a direct foundation and vibration control structure, with a reinforced superstructure designed for a 100-year durability. It has received a performance evaluation for the safety of high-rise buildings and certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism.
